2016 Undergraduate Research Forum

The annual Undergraduate Research Forum, hosted by the Psychology Graduate Student Organization (PGSO), showcased some of the department’s best undergraduate research. Each of the five areas were represented by undergraduates who presented original research, extensions, and collaborations with faculty and graduate student mentors. Each poster was evaluated by first year psychology graduate students and the department awarded cash prizes to the top three posters. First place went to Michael Lattanzi for his poster “Modulation of Repetitive Behaviors Through Pharmacological Manipulation of the Indirect Basal Ganglia Pathway.” Melsi Muradoglu won second place for her poster, “OXTR Methylation as a Predictor of Variations in Personality and Attachment.” Annika Goldman presented the third place poster, “The Influence of Right and Left Frontotemporal Stimulation on Visuospatial Creativity.” Thank you to the students for your hard work in making the Undergraduate Research Forum a huge success!
