• Genetic risks for and gene-environment interactions in stress-related mental health outcomes from childhood through adulthood.

• Epigenetic mechanisms of environmental influence on the developing stress system.

• Emotional and health outcomes related to stress, particularly major depression, anxiety, and alcohol dependence.
