·         My Curriculum Vitae

* Other than three years on an air force base in West Germany, I grew up as the second of three children in Georgia, primarily in the small town of LaGrange, GA. My sister is a graduate student at Auburn University studying Rhetoric, and my brother is a student at Georgia Tech studying Computer Science.  In addition, both of my parents are University of Georgia alumni.

* When I get the chance, I enjoy learning new creative, artistic skills. I particularly enjoy photography, ceramics, and jewelry-making. I enjoy traveling when I get the chance, and crime shows.

* National Science Foundation: Summer Research Experience for Undergraduates:

During the summer of 2002, I participated in a summer research program for undergraduates at Oklahoma State University, funded through the National Science Foundation.  This truly was a fun and educational experience.  For those who are interested in graduate school, it is a great opportunity to learn more about research and gain valuable research experience.
